About
In 2021, a Finnish company named ZOAN had the idea of transforming their headquarters into a virtual office. As a pioneer in 3D modelling and with decades of experience, this seed of an idea developed into a fully-fledged metaverse - Cornerstone. But this isn’t just any digital world. Cornerstone is a hyper-realistic metaverse filled with such raw beauty that it feels like a waking dream.
Cornerstone cycles through a variety of weather conditions and boasts 13.7 km² (5.29 mi²) of exclusive land which has been subdivided into 600 lots that can be purchased and sold as NFTs.
The Best Part?
All of this can be done from your phone or regular computer through pixel streaming technology. The island is co-created together with landowners where they can build a world of their imagination, all while setting a foundation for others to come. Bright-minded individuals and organizations sharing our vision of a photorealistic metaverse are joining together from across the world to set the future in motion.

The Why
This is the most exciting upcoming metaverse project, I have literally seen. Established by a leading VR company from Finland ZOAN with 70+ employees and big clients. Huge potential on this one!
WhaleTogether has partnered with them to provide advice and drive partnerships. They just ran Ape List collab and got Kaiju Kingz plus others coming.
Cornerstone is a metaverse project built on Unreal Engine. It looks super realistic and they’re really advanced in development (Just take a look at the sick sneak peeks). You can already buy land directly from them if you’re a creator who can do 3D modelling or commission someone to do it. Land plots go from 1 to 60+ ETH and they’ve already been selling these in small drops, IRL events and inside their discord.
The NFT Drop
They’ll be launching a 10,000-NFT collection in collaboration with The Fabricant https://twitter.com/thefabricant (collabs with World of Women and others).
The NFT is going to be multifaceted as it’s a PFP/avatar with a beautifully-crafted piece of wearable art that will also act as your exclusive passport entry into the Cornerstone metaverse. Really cool, clever and unique collection that is, at the same time, super high quality art, a membership pass and a metaverse wearable with some cool utility still to be revealed.
